Integrated Medication Management

Nina provides medication management with supportive conversation, helping you explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward with clarity. She focuses on treating conditions such as:

  • Anxiety & Panic Disorders

  • Schizoaffective disorders

  • Depression & Mood Disorders

  • ADHD

  • PTSD & Trauma

  • Stress & Life Transitions

  • Bipolar Spectrum Disorders

Your care may include discussion of lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, and other supportive practices alongside any prescribed medications.

New Patient Evaluation

Supportive, personalized care from the very first visit

All new patients begin with an initial psychiatric evaluation. This 45-minute session allows Nina to get a clear picture of your mental health, medical history, life context, and goals. Together, you’ll explore the psychological, biological, and emotional factors that influence your well-being.

Please complete all intake forms before your appointment and share any relevant records, such as previous diagnoses, medications, or treatment notes.

Each evaluation results in a tailored treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, lab work, therapy referrals, or mindfulness tools. Nina’s approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in collaboration—not judgment.

Follow-Up Appointments

Consistent, connected care that grows with you

Return visits are typically 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan. These sessions are used to monitor your progress, make adjustments to medications, and provide ongoing support.

The frequency of follow-ups depends on your stability, goals, and any changes to your care. Nina is committed to providing steady, supportive check-ins without rushing your process.
