Welcome to Silver Linings Psychiatry
At Silver Linings Psychiatry, we believe that healing isn’t linear—and that’s okay. Life brings storms, but it also offers moments of clarity, resilience, and growth. This practice was created as a calm, supportive space for adults seeking thoughtful mental health care that honors the whole person. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, you deserve care that’s personal, compassionate, and rooted in real understanding.
Here, we meet you where you are—and walk with you toward your silver lining.
About Nina Gagnier, PMHNP-BC
Founder of Silver Linings Psychiatry
Hi, I’m Nina Gagnier—a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the heart behind Silver Linings Psychiatry. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other emotional challenges, offering compassionate, individualized care rooted in both expertise and lived experience.
Before I became a provider, I was a patient. I know how vulnerable it can feel to ask for help, especially in a system that often feels rushed or impersonal. That journey shaped how I show up today—with presence, respect, and a deep commitment to creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and truly supported.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in 2019 and have worked in diverse settings including inpatient psychiatry, corrections, outpatient clinics, and geriatric mental health. These experiences have broadened my perspective and strengthened my belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
At Silver Linings, my style is warm, trauma-informed, and grounded in holistic care. I combine evidence-based psychiatric treatment with mindfulness tools, lifestyle support, and real conversation—because healing is personal, and your care should reflect you.
Whether this is your first step or part of a longer journey, I’m here to walk beside you. You don’t have to do it alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out. There is a path forward, and together, we’ll find your silver lining.
